There’s no question that Batman has got the greatest rogue gallery of pretty much any superhero out there. And each of them — from the Joker to the Riddler, Penguin, Catwoman, Clayface, Ras al ghul — the list is practically endless — have captured the imagination of fans over the past 80 years. And no matter how many mediums these characters have appeared beyond the comic page, whether it be in movies, TV shows, stage productions, radio dramas and more, there always seems to be room for more. And cosplayers in particular have run with that idea.

Search the Internet, and you’ll find cosplayers who have embraced pretty much any character that you can imagine, and one of the more interesting approaches has been to take a character and swap his or her gender. One such example is what appears to be a wide-spread fascination with taking Edward Nygma, better known as the Riddler, and turning him into a her, thus giving the world the concept of “Lady Riddler.” What follows are some great examples of cosplayers bringing her to life.
